This is a great place to live! Office and maintenance staff are wonderful!

Overall my experience has been good and I have enjoyed the seven years I have resided here. Location is great. close to shopping across street and close to shopping mall and theater.

Most of the tenants are very friendly and I have found the office ladies to be friendly and helpful. The other staff members are also quite nice and they all always offer a polite greeting and smile.

A lovely community. The residents are very friendly! Staff is accommodating. Laurie’s, my leasing consultants, has been most helpful with suggestions to help with my concerns. Crystal is also great! Down to earth ladies. Approachable. I feel safe here.

Great place to live within walking distance to a variety of stores and recreational areas.

I just moved in to this property and, so far, things are going well. It is a well-maintained property and very quiet.

Martine, in the maint. department, was amazing. He was here in a timely manner and fixed both of my issues. He was neat and very professional. As far as my living experience here at Fountain Glen Temecula, I am very satisfied. It is convenient to everything such as stores, banks and pharmacies. The Staff is friendly and helpful. I have lived here almost 11 years and have experienced very few problems. Kudos to everyone who works here.

Considering the location of the property and today's average lease rates, I feel the rental amounts at Fountain Glen are great. The office staff is friendly and the maint. staff are always available and do their best to assist you with your concerns.

A Senior Community that is centrally located in an area where you have easy access to businesses that address your banking, grocery, and restaurant needs, not to mention a pleather of other eateries and entertainment ventures.

FountainGlen at Temecula is an excellent place to live. Has everything for an easy and healthy living. Conveniently close to shopping malls, and excellent team to help when needed.

I love it here. It is conveniently located to shopping and eateries. I have been here 10 years and would recommend it to those looking for the ideal 55 apartment home. Maintenance has always been available for repairs. The staff has looked out for the residents during the Covid pandemic and made it as safe as possible during these trying times. The renovations that are taking place are amazing.

I share in a community with Seniors who have had our own homes. In the Prime of Life we can enjoy living our "best life" carefree in a style we can create here at Fountain glen Temecula. Moving around alone or in a group its just fine. Joining in activities or not is your choosing or having a pet again its up to you.

I have lived at FountainGlen at Temecula for one year and 8 months. I am very happy with the service staff and my apartment home. Everything is close and well maintained. It is a friendly community and very comfortable. You will be happy here.

Very accessible to shopping across street for people who do not have own transportation .and only a few blocks from the Mall, restaurants and theatre.

I moved in here in August of 2020, and because of the pandemic, the gym and common areas for large gatherings are not available. I was hoping to meet more people and participate in events that are available, hopefully we will get to some normalcy soon. I am very happy I moved here from the Southbay area.

I enjoy living in Fountain Glen.Management is great, helpful and listens to what ever problems we may have. Maintenance is quickly taken care of. It is easy to make friends here and during normal times, there are numerous activities for everyone plus a few extra surprise treats every once-in-awhile. The grounds are kept clean and the location is the best!

Well designed apartment layout, good quality kitchen appliances, granite counters, like having a low wall around my 1st floor apt.

Location is very convenient..you can walk to the stores, markets, shopping mall, restaurants, etc.

Centrally located within the city. The common areas are clean and inviting. Management team is always there to assist you. Safe environment. Friendly neighbors and great amenities.

Comfortable, nicely equipped, and amazingly soundproof Apartments, outstanding Maintenance personnel and Landscaping staff, and a leasing/business staff that actually cares about their tenants. 5 star !!

Because of Coronavirus, many things are on hold. Staff is coming up with deck and door decorating contest and offering free holiday dinners;not only Thanksgiving and Christmas, but this past Easter, also.

Generally, I feel its a nice, not perfect, place to live. Good location, clean, nice tenants, elevators, but mostly, nice office staff who help me with my concerns. Thats why I just renewed my lease for another year.

Clean, quiet and well maintained

I been comfortable since the day I moved in specially For the privacy of my main door. Another thing that I like is that I dont have to be fighting for parking.
