Love living at FG Valencia. Staff is always willing to help. Upkeep is great ( new flooring in common area ). Friends always comment how nice the apartment building is

The management and residents are super friendly and everyone looks out for each other.

I looked at many places but so happy to have found FountainGlen Valencia. I love the feeling of being part of a community here. From the first couple of days here we knew our neighbors and were so warmly welcomed by the staff. It is nice to know that should we ever need anything, there is someone in the front office with a warm smile to help. FountainGlen has so much to offer from the fitness center, heated swimming pool, walking trails, game room, art room, theater, office/library to the full monthly calendar of social events. It is a great lifestyle here.

This is not a well maintained apartment complex, needed upgrades prior to Covid, and now that is the excuse for nothing being improved. The best part of living here is the residents and the maintenance workers!!!

I find the maintenance staff to be extremely knowledgeable & helpful. They are also so very nice & friendly.

Management, and also the Leasing office, Adazjia, and Alex always very professional and helpful, always getting back with you when you have questions, or concern. Maintenance also response quickly if you have a issue. I've been very please living here at fountainglen Valencia..They have a great staff.

This property is an excellent place to live. The staff are very helpful and the entire property is very clean. The apartments have well thought out floor plans and very nice appliances.

Fountain Glen Valencia is that mature adult community that fosters the active lifestyle whether you're a working professional or a retiree. The facilities and amenities are second to none, and the staff is a first-class operation. Add to that, the property is situated in a beautiful neighborhood with all the necessary access to stores, restaurants, businesses, parks and bike paths.

This is consider one of the good places around but not for the price we pay. The turn around is a lot. New faces all the time. People leave always. It is sad. If it is kept the way it was it will be very good

I've been living in this apartment for about 3 years, and I'm really quiet, the next door is like a friend, and the people working in the office are friendly. The cleanliness of the apartment is also quite clean. Finally, it's even better to be able to sleep comfortably.

Very Happy here and feel very safe and the staff are all so kind and helpful. They take care of any problems right away.

2012 FG living was very pleasant. 2018-2021 FG experience not pleasant. Most residents respect Leasing rules and adhere. Some do not. Those people are allowed to continue to disrespect FG and it's other residents by leaving trash bags, laundry, cleaning products on patios for all to see. Plus sheets, blankets, towels hanging off patio rails. Such behavior brings down living values. Dogs being allowed to run free and off lease in grassy areas. A safety issue. Management does nothing to dissuade bad behavior by bad tenants. This makes FG a no for recommending it to others at the present time !

We love the facilities and Adazjia and Rachel have given tremendous customer service. Unfortunately the layout of the Apt. does not suite very well and we weren't able to look at it first due to Covid restrictions. The bedrooms are too small and won't accommodate furniture so forced to keep in storage. It's a lovely facility but may need to relocate due to the layout of the Apt.

Fountain Glen Valencia is a homey community and residents look out for each other. The maintenance people are excellent and responsive to my needs. I like my apartment here very much and call it home.

Fountain Glen Valencia is located in a quiet, residential area. There's a small but lovely park next to Fountain Glen that have benches you can sit, or visit, read or take walks. A small shopping center is across the street that has a market, beauty salon, nail salon, restaurants and Rite Aid. A resident can take part in all the activities or not. If you. need something repaired theres' wonderful staff that are willing to accommodate your needs.

My wife, Lynn and I have happily resided here for 5 years now and have been Very Happy with all the Current Management and Service personnel. And have made so many New Friends. It has been a real pleasure to be here.

Apartments are well maintained and staff is responsive to needs. The grounds are lovely. Nice exercise room, pool table and library with computers.

Life is not perfect! I like my apartment overall, there are just a couple of minor glitches. Overall the grounds and common areas are lovely, however I feel the rent is too high! It is just a few dollars less than my three bedroom house here in Valencia!
