Property Ratings at 55+ Manor Park Apartments Senior Community
My mom has lived at manor park for about 5 years. My mom was still working, but needing to downsize. It was a perfect apartment, quiet safe with nice neighbors, pretty landscape. It’s conveniently located with surrounding grocery stores shop rite, Walgreens, etc Maryann is so amazing! She really cares about the residents that live there. I had to help my mom manage things for her from Texas and Maryann was always so wonderful with all the resources and just everything. Of course like everywhere nowadays, the rent is going up, however, for safe and peace of mind this is a great place to call home.
In 2006 my husband and I moved into Manor Park Apartments. At the time Sandy and Bob were managing the complex. We immediately felt welcomed and comfortable from both of them about our decision to make Manor Park our new home. From day 1 any thing we needed was attended to immediately and to our satisfaction. We soon found out that there were weekly bingo games, card playing, a pool table, picnic's, seasonal parties and best of all we never had to shovel snow again. As soon as the snow fell, our sidewalks were cleared and the parking lot was plowed so we never had a problem getting out. We also want to tell you the grounds are all beautifully manicured. The neighbors are all friendly and very welcoming. Unfortunately, Bob passed away a few years ago and Sandy retired. Maryann became the new manager and nothing has changed. She is professional, friendly and most of all continues to be on top of things. Any time we needed help when something happened in our apartment, she immediately took care of it. In June of this year (2019), our daughter's apartment in her home became available and we decided to moved back to our roots. Our time in Manor Park will always be a happy memory and if you need to hear any more, call Maryann and ask her for our telephone number. Mary and Ray
I took my Mom to this complex to see if she would like it. We found it to be very clean. The property manager was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
I have been living at Manor Park now for over one year. I moved from a house to an apartment. This apartment complex has the sweetest most caring people . From the first day people say hello ,wave ,and always ask how you are and if they can help. I strongly believe this all starts from the top, The person (manager ) Mary Ann cannot do enough . She made me feel welcomed and strives to work with every person .The people who take care of the grounds are professionals . The best part in the winter with the snow everyone showed their true colors. They plowed the snow away from the cars and the maintenance made sure that all the walkways were clear of snow and ice. Amazing attitude makes this all work. This past weekend the people had a Bar-B -Que. They all worked so hard to make the people who came happy. .And the food was a good old fashion BAR B QUE. Bravo. I am very lucky to have found this HOME. P.S When my granddaughter comes to visit ,she loves it...
