You get what you pay for

It's overpriced but it's more affordable than a lot of the other options in Nutley. I'd say the landlord runs it like a business, but the service is lacking for what you pay in rent increases every year. You gotta complain a lot if you want something fixed, and expect to deal with the rats, the silverfish and the centipedes mostly on your own. The superintendent doesn't really enforce a lot of the rules, so it depends a lot on how your neighbors act and take care of their place. Some actually clean after themselves and respect your privacy, others keep a mess and play loud music day and night. At least one kept a dog even though the lease definitely says no pets, but all the cats you see in the windows do seem to help to keep the mice and rats away.
