This one bedroom one and a half bath loft style condominium. The condo is three minutes away from the 405 freeway 10 minutes away from Sofi and surrounding facilities. The unit has a new tile job vanities & bathroom lights. Kitchen was recently remodeled and features recessed lights on dimmer switch. There is one parking space in the underground parking garage. The parking the sewage and the water are all paid for. You would pay for the electricity. The unit is on the third floor and the laundry room and elevator are close to the unit. There is a swimming pool and a sauna and pets are allowed. The building is very friendly and quiet. I'm looking for someone to move in first of the month if you want to move in a week earlier, it's free. I ask that you have a 690 credit score make at least 4,500 a month verifiable take home pay (pay after taxes) and that I can at least check credit rating through a bureau. I can tour anytime weekend and after 3ish weekdays.
