5500 Holmes Run Pkwy, Alexandria VA 22304 Hi everyone! I’m renting out a spacious, high-rise 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo (680 sq ft), fully move-in ready for $1,800/month. All utilities are included (water, electric, and internet). You pay nothing else The building offers modern amenities, including a swimming pool with BBQ area, community room, tennis/pickleball courts, 24-hour front desk service, and a sauna. Pet-friendly building with weight restrictions: pets must weigh under 30 pounds and/or be less than 20 inches tall (measured to the top of the head). This unit includes ONE assigned garage parking, with additional visitor parking available onsite and street parking options. The condo comes furnished with a dining table, coffee table, sleeper couch, queen-size bed, and TV cabinet. We’re happy to remove any furniture before move in.. Note on Parking – The parking garage is currently under construction until February 2025. Alternative parking and shelter services are provided by the condo until the work is complete. There are also street parking available on holmes run parkway. Additional fee: - $1000 security deposit, this will be return after move out process - $400 non-refundable move-in fee pay to the condo front desk - $400 security deposit pay to the condo front desk, this will be returned after move in - lease length: 3 months or more - Maximum occupancy: 2 residents
