Renting out my room in Aztec Corner, 5504 Montezuma Road! in an apartment to take over the lease for May-June-July. Aztec corner Apartment takeover lease for the summer. Ends in JULY 31ST, however there is a possibility to extend your lease if you sign up soon. The apartment is in the heart of SDSU and comes fully furnished. Fridge, Freezer, Cable TV, Sofa, Dining table, chairs, dishwasher, WIFI, Oven, walk in closets and so on. The bed is Queen Size. You have your private bathroom. In another room of the apartment there is two other male guys.they have their own bathroom and room so they won't disturb you. You only share kitchen with them. Both are around 25-30 years old and work and go to school so they are basically never home except night time. They are clean, quiet and very nice. Never had a problem with them. The apartment is in the centre of College Avenue on Montezuma Road with a close walk to SDSU and different sites in the area. For now the room is empty so you will not have to share the room with anyone else. You live right by the leasing office so you will always get fast assistance if you need help. The house is very clean.

Here, palm-tree-lined streets curve past attractive ranch-style homes with landscaped yards.
