Hidden gem in Ocean Ridge just a short walk from the beach! Very strict HOA policy must be adhered to. Most notable examples: Residecy limited to a maximum of two (2) occupants, all over 18 years of age. No pets allowed under any circumstances. Only one (1) vehicle per unit is allowed. No backing into spots. Guest parking is monitored and may not exceed 24hrs without notifying the board. No pickup trucks, golf carts, scooters, skateboards. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted as permanent residents. Younger children may visit daily and/or overnight for a period of up to three (3) weeks. Violations may yield a $100 per day fee.

Welcome to your dream beach getaway in the charming community of Ocean Ridge! Nestled in a small beach community, this cozy gated condo features views of the pool and club house which include access to an outdoor grill, shuffleboard and Bocce ball courts. Washed in natural light, this unit has an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, perfect for a work station or hosting guests. To further enhance your stay, you'll have access to a private beach, gazebo and Adirondack chairs for taking in magnificent sunsets. If you're up for a stroll over the bridge you'll find superb restaurants to dine on the intracoastal. This location will continuously remind you that you're living in paradise on earth! More about the unit: Conveniently located on the first floor, this 558 square foot oasis has 1 bedroom with a medium-firm memory foam King sized mattress, 42" TV, apple TV, six-drawer dresser, closet with shoe rack, neutral decor and a whisper quiet ceiling fan. The single bathroom is recently remodeled and features a shower with subway tile, rainfall shower head, detachable spray bar, neutral paint, modern touches, starter toiletries and fluffy towels. The kitchen features a brand new countertop, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave. It is fully equipped with flatware, dishes, cups, mugs, utensils, bakeware and cookware. Also included is a toaster, blender, and coffee pot. The comfortable living room three-seater sofa transforms into a queen bed for guests as well. Water heater and AC are also new (replaced within the past few years). The building shares a washer and drier (located just to the left of the building) and trash bins. The community heated pool is located just a few steps from your front door with access to bathrooms and the Club House. Inside the Club House are games, puzzles, and a full sized kitchen. Just outside the Club House is a shared BBQ, and lighted Bocce Ball court. The unit features 1 designated parking spot. There are two guest spaces available for temporary guests (no longer than one week) and are first-come, first-served. Additionally, more guest parking (no overnight) is located in front of the Club house and pool. All utilities are included in rent. Gate key, codes and gate opener will be provided upon signing of rental agreement. Any damage or loss will result in a fee. There are a few things to consider before you rent. Rental term 4+ months / seasonal. Must be approved by HOA board. Background check and fees apply. Most buildings are age-restricted / 55+. Our building is not. There are usually community gatherings throughout the year you are welcome to attend. Our eight unit building was constructed in 1969 and the plumbing is extremely sensitive. Only natural waste and toilet paper can be flushed. Any plumbing issues impacts the entire building and may result in a fine. Wi-Fi is included in the rent and we have the best available, but service does tend to go down from time to time. Cell service is also not reliable. Wi-fi calling has worked great. If you need extended range outside of the unit you may need a portable hot spot. **House Rules** must be followed at all times. Our community expects all residents and guests to be respectful of the property and each other.
