About This Property
This is a wonderful private and quiet unit, located on a quiet "country street". Chandler Boulevard is just the second street down, for that morning or afternoon jog. The kitchen was updated a while back with new, elegant granite countertops, sink, etc. The kitchen is open to the living room, which has a mirrored wall closet, and two large windows bringing in lots of light. The bedroom is a good size (14' X 14') with a large wall closet and a workstation, with a cabinet and shelves.. Bedroom also has two large windows, making it light and airy. The entire unit has wooden floors throughout. Bathroom has a tub with a shower above. There is an older enclosed patio 8' x 16'. You have tandem parking for two cars on site. There is a private outdoor area for your use along the side, which is approximately 6' x 40'. Good for a dog run or taking a private suntan. Both living room and bedroom have their separate air conditioners and there is a wall heater to keep the cold away during the winter. If you value privacy, peace, and quiet, this is really a great unit! A credit score of 700 or above is required to apply for this unit. Cats are welcome, and a dog is welcomed too, providing it is not a dangerous breed, (which would cancel my insurance!). Also, this is a no smoking unit inside, and outside. It is BEST to call/text me, for an immediate conversation) or text me any time for a delayed response from me. I tend to miss emails regularly.. Isaac Levy
