Self-service check-in and check-out are facilitated using a smart lock system. Oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy. Prior guest verification is required to comply with legal obligations and property security protocols. You may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. Guests must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings).
