The thoughtfully curated space includes a queen-size bed with a plush foam mattress, high-quality pillows, and soft linens, a spacious walk-in closet, a 55” 4K HDR Smart TV with Netflix in the living room, an additional queen-size bed in the living area, a sofa couch, and a work desk with an office chair, shelves, and reading lamps. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, stovetop kettle, sink with hot and cold water, and all necessary cooking utensils. The private bathroom features a bath/shower, sink, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries. Pets of all sizes are welcome with prior notice and approval to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee will apply for each pet. The pet fee structure is as follows, based on the length of stay: $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights, $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights, and $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more. Free valet parking is included for one vehicle per reservation, but oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry during check-in, in accordance with the Building Parking Policy. Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet the verification requirements. All guests must sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of their stay. By booking, guests agree to follow the rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in, undergo a background check if requested by property management or the owner, and complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions.
