The apartment includes a king-size bed with a luxurious foam mattress, pillows, linens, and sheets, a 50” HDR Smart TV, a work desk and office chair, a baby crib, and an additional bedroom area separated by large curtains with 3 queen beds, a sofa bed, a 65” HDR Smart TV with Free Netflix, a coffee table, and a walk-in closet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, sink with hot and cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans. The full private bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower, sink, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries. Guests have complimentary access to the on-site pool and fitness center. Free valet parking is provided for one vehicle per reservation, although trucks are not permitted. Pets of all sizes are welcome with prior approval and notice to avoid cancellations. A cleaning fee will apply for each pet, with fees based on the length of stay: $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights, $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights, and $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or longer. Oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied access during check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy. The following types of vehicles will be turned away at check-in: cars with breathalyzers, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes; large vehicles, including sprinter vans, extended vans, 10-passenger vehicles or larger, or anything exceeding the height limit of 6'8"; dually trucks or service trucks, particularly those with wide wheels, lockers, or containers, which are difficult to maneuver in the garage; vehicles with aftermarket lifts or oversized custom rims and tires; and motorcycles or tricycles that do not have car-type controls. Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled. Self-check-in and check-out are simple with our smart lock system. The unit includes laundry facilities with free detergent and climate control with both air conditioning and heating. Smoking and parties are not allowed, and violations may result in penalties. The apartment includes a work desk and office chair, providing a comfortable space for remote work.
