Large windows flood the space with natural light, complemented by warm wooden floors and finishes, creating a pleasant ambiance. This charming space features stylish interior design and carefully selected amenities and decor. Enjoy the flexibility to adjust your surroundings easily within this well-appointed area. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen where you can effortlessly prepare your favorite meals. It offers more space and modern amenities than you'd typically find in a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. The private full bathroom is separate from the main room and comes fully stocked with essential toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need. Guests enjoy complimentary use of a pool and gym located on the premises. Valet parking is offered at no cost for one car per booking, although trucks are not allowed. In-unit laundry facilities include complimentary detergent. Pets are welcome with advance notice and approval based on size, with an additional cleaning fee per pet. Fees for bringing pets vary based on the length of stay: $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights, $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights, and $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or longer. Oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage, and large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy. The company is not liable for any building maintenance or repairs. Guest verification prior to stay is required to comply with legal obligations and property security guidelines. Guests may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify contact information, complete our verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check. All guests must sign a rental agreement that governs the terms of their stay. Guests must provide necessary information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings).
