The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances for preparing delicious meals, including a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with essentials, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. The private full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries. Guests have complimentary access to the on-site pool and gym. Valet parking is offered at no charge for one vehicle per reservation, although trucks are not permitted. In-unit laundry facilities are available, complete with free detergent. Pets are permitted based on their size, with an additional cleaning fee applying for each pet. Pet fees vary according to the length of your stay: $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights, $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights, and $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more. A guest verification is required prior to stay, including providing a government-issued photo ID and possibly undergoing a background check. All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day bookings. The company is not responsible for any maintenance or repair issues in the building.
