About This Property
Property Id: 1246420 Ideal for a student or professional. 5 minutes to hwy 93, 15 min to campus/downtown. Utilities included. Bedroom has it's own balcony. You'll be sharing our 4 bed/4 bath home with me (a wildlife biologist) and my 6yo daughter. 2 acres of flowers, gardens, ponds; fire pit, hot tub. Lots of peaceful places to enjoy the outdoors or telework. Breakfast nook, deck, balconies, screened-in porch. Raised garden beds, bird houses, bat houses, bird baths, bee houses! We share the kitchen, you have your own fridge. No other pets because we have an elderly dog and a snuggly cat already. We are friendly, fairly quiet, & looking for someone who would like to be part of our household. My daughter will definitely want to play--but that's your option! We need someone who is tidy, organized and doesn't mind helping with housework once in a while. Please tell me about yourself. What are you looking for in a household?
