Great place to live with nice amenities and new a new building. Management is quite responsive and helpful. Only downside is the church nearby that rings its bells loudly at 7am every day.

Wonderful experience overall! Not only are the units beautiful aesthetically but the energy of the building, residents and caring staff makes this place a special home. I highly recommend any one who chooses to live in Washington DC to choose 555. Big shout out to Stacey, Dorita and Jonna who have made this home a home as well as a thoughtful and very one of a kind welcome (my spouse and I just moved in a few days ago and couldn’t be more happy, truly.) ??

First and foremost, the staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Each and every one of them is so friendly, incredibly helpful, and very accommodating. The building itself is fantastic; it's modern, beautiful, and has tons of ammenities like multiple rooftop lounges, rooftop outdoor seating with a great view, a gym, monthly happy hours for residents, a user-friendly app, great online system, and is very pet friendly (they have dog treats ready at the front desk!) They event sent me a little something for my birthday! I feel safe and secure living here with the need to use a key fob for access to everything, a concierge at the desk from morning until late evening, entrance to building only via being buzzed in with the requesting guest being shown on camera, and all guests needing to sign in. I also have to mention the residents here. In my last building, no one spoke to each other but here just about everyone gives you a friendly greeting and a bit of chit chat, I just love it! The location is so convenient! Within walking distance of 3 metros, 5 min walk to Starbucks, 7 min walk to the Wharf, about a mile from the National Mall and close to plenty of museums without being caught up in all of the D.C. chaos. Oh, and if you have a car there's an attached underground garage with great parking. Move in while you can because this place is an absolute gem!

From the first tour to signing the lease I knew this was a great community. Stacey and the rest of the leasing staff are nothing but helpful and sincerely want you to feel at home. I love the building, amenities, and how close it is to so many things. Would definitely recommend this building to others.

I moved in about a month ago and everything has been perfect. When I came to tour the building, Ying was very professional and knowledgeable- I really valued that. Since moving in, everyone has demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The building is kept in great condition, I couldn't ask for more.

Ms. Ying , has been very helpful from the moment that I met her after the tour, she walked me through everything which made me make up my mind quickly. she gave me information that made moving very easy. Ms Ying is pleasant and full of energy to assist at all times. she is an asset to the company,. Ms Ying should be commended for her talent with the public.

I did a virtual tour with Stacey. Firstly, she was very helpful and super informative. We toured the lobby, common areas and one-bedroom apartments on the 5th and 11th floors, which have great views. The layouts of the apartments are great - no un-used spaces and I really like the unique doors. Stacey also followed-up the same day with the details of the apartments we saw and on additional questions I had during our tour.

I e-mailed Ivy for information and she promptly set me up a virtual tour with Stacey. The virtual tour was excellent and Stacey was a complete professional. Looking forward to move in. Thanks!

Great community atmosphere and wonderful staffs to make you feel right at home. 555 is a great place to be and I'm very happy with my decision. Though, the whole team made it an easy one! If you put in a maintenance request, the maintenance team Paul and Antonio respond very quickly, usually within 24 hours even if it's not an emergency. The concierge desk is a nice touch. Kim is super nice and welcomes you every time you walk in the door. Ying is very professional, personable, and responsive to my many questions. Highly recommend 555! The team is a plus!

I have been living here for over 5 months now. It's been a great change for me and quite a blessing to be here. The previous APM was very helpful in assisting me in searching for the right home. It's been a pleasure having the team (Jonna, Kim, Stacey, Dorita, Brittany, and Ying) here. Kim, the Concierge, has been a delight, extremely energetic, very bubbly with a dynamic personality and always available when I need her (heavy boxes and technology). I look forward to continue enjoying the lounge, beautiful apartment, gym and all the other amenities.

I am happy with my new apartment home. Ms. Ying was so patient with me from the application process to move-in. The staff here are nice and friendly.

I've been living at 555 for a month and loving it. The building is new and beautiful with various amenities. The fixtures and appliances are high quality. But it's the staff that makes this building a great place to live. Stacey, Julia, Britney, Dorita and the rest of the team are on top of their game, always friendly and forthcoming. Overall an excellent place to call home!

I recently moved in to 555 on E st, Antonio the service tech has been wonderful he is very friendly and personable. Antonio came in to show me a few things around my unit, he was very knowledgeable and finished in a timely manner. From the friendly front lobby to the professional service techs, I’m so happy I picked 555 to be my new home.

I moved to 555 approximately 3 weeks ago now and my overall experience has been Wonderful: The leasing and maintenance staff have been particularly helpful prior, during and after the move. More specifically, I was first greeted by Julia the first time I inquired about the apartment building. I arrived late because I mistakenly went to another similarly named apt building; Julia graciously rescheduled the tour and it only got better from that point on. I also met Jonna who stepped in during the process for questions that could not be answered by Julia. They were both extremely helpful, courteous and professional during the application process. Subsequently, I scheduled another appointment with Stacey because I needed to take measurement in the apartment; this also went flawlessly. Stacey remained with me the entire time and offered suggestions as far as what type of furniture would fit best and showed me a model furnished apartment for comparison. It was just not about being courteous but I found that recommendations and suggestions are particularly helpful from a Leasing Agent standpoint. Stacey also gave me a brief synopsis of the area, for instance, grocery stores proximity, parking availability in the area and zoning restrictions etc... Her professionalism is commendable along with a very gracious personality! I also had the pleasure of meeting Antonio, one of the maintenance staff, who gave me a final tour of the apartment to make sure all the amenities are in working order. He was very thorough and assisted me in understanding the digital electronics of dishwasher, oven, thermostat: he also asked me if the shower water pressure and temperature were suitable for me. I can go on and on. The building is very modern and new and very importantly, well maintained in every way: clean, organized. The architecture of building is well designed, sleek and linear with a modern simplicity. The rooftop has an amazing view of the city and the water. All in all, I love this place and th staff is Awesome!

I can't say enough about the staff here at 555! From my very first phone call with Stacey till we moved in has far exceeded what I expected moving to DC! Every email was quickly answered with any questions I had before my move. Stacey was excellent at explaining the whole process to get me moved in which made it for the perfect transition from Oklahoma to DC. Kim was super amazing in helping us on move in day! Our Husky absolutely loves her! And this doesn't stop at move in, the kindness, hospitality and professionalism they continue to display is amazing. Everyone makes you feel at home from the good mornings as you walk out the door to the good nights when you come home for the night!  I don't think anyone here in D.C. can beat this company! 555 is giving me the experience I have always only dreamed of having. I can see the tone this staff sets in every resident I have met so far. Everyone is super friendly and I am happy to be apart of this community here at 555. Thank you for everything!!

I had to move very suddenly for work, and the leasing office and front desk folks were insanely accommodating, before, during, and after my move. I can't stress enough how great people like Julia have been at making my move to DC go smoothly and make a new town feel like home!

I move here in January with a smooth transition in with help of assistant manger Mrs Ying. She made me felt the Bozzuto management company wanted you to live here. The staff was really nice. The building itself is fantastic! The amenities are great, gym, pool and a beautiful lounge where you can relax. The apartments have brand new appliances. Pleasant view from the rooftop it was a nice plus.

My parents just moved to 555 and are very pleased with their experience so far. I coordinated the move with the wonderful team (Jonna, Stacey, Julia and Dorita) and they all were very kind and helpful in answering questions and responding promptly via email/phone. I have to especially be grateful for Ying who made an exceptional effort to help with a slight admin delay for my parents' application. The building's aesthetics and cleanliness, the staff and the leasing team all make 555 a lovely place to call home for my parents.

Feeling enormously fortunate to live in such a Beautiful, Luxurious building, Outstanding Staff of women who cater to your every need! and within walking distance to our Nations Capital most beautiful monuments and museums.
