Seeking new roommate to move in on / around 8/7/2016. Current roommate is leaving for college and move-in date is approximate, but current lease ends August 15th with option to renew and I need to find someone by June 15th. Large master bedroom w/ walk-in closet and private bath available in the Bailey's Crossroads area with 10th floor view of the Arlington skyline. Looking for a roommate to move in master bedroom / private bath in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the Bailey's Crossroads area across from the 25A / 25B bus stop to the Ballston Metro Station. Great location with nearby Giant and Target within walking distance! New roommate will have his / her own bedroom / bathroom, perfect for young professionals. The apartment is located on the 10th floor, really nice, very spacious, well stocked kitchen and furnished living room / dining room area and has a large balcony. W/D in unit. $32 application fee and $200 lease change fee. Parking is available for an additional fee of $60 per month. 1 Year lease. Rent is approximately $1025 plus half of internet / cable / electric / gas / water / sewer (approx. $150 per month for each of us). Building includes 24-hr front desk service, pool, and fitness room. I'm a 29 year-old working professional, looking for roommate to take over the master bedroom in the apartment when my current roommate moves at the end of July. I'm pretty easy going and work full-time, respectful, quiet, relatively clean. The bedroom would be entirely unfurnished but the main area is furnished, with room for an additional couch and small furniture if you have things you want to bring. Must be US Citizen or resident.
