Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offer captivating city views, while the meticulously designed terrace invites you to savor al fresco dining in utmost privacy. Each bedroom, nestled at the apartment's rear, ensures tranquil repose, with brand new Casper mattresses and bedding for unmatched comfort. The master bathroom boasts opulence with Dornbracht shower controls and a river stone floor. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking, featuring a Nespresso coffee maker. Relax with luxury linens, premium Malin & Goetz bath products, and a smart TV with Roku, including Netflix and Hulu. In-unit washer/dryer is available for your convenience. Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $300 fee. A Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Monthly housekeeping is required for stays of 60 nights or longer, with a full mid-stay cleaning every 30 days, invoiced immediately prior to the service. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. This property is all yours! You will either be personally greeted by a partner member or provided with self check-in instructions.
