The hallway off the living room leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a full bed, the second bedroom has two full beds, and the master bedroom features a queen bed with an oversized ensuite bathroom, including a shower/tub combo and a double sink vanity. The fenced-in backyard includes a patio table with four chairs and a charcoal grill. Street parking is available for guests. The home is pet-friendly, with a non-refundable pet fee required for all pets. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. Situated on the Northeast side of Memphis in a residential neighborhood, the home offers easy access to Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services, though driving is encouraged. The house features a digital keypad at the front door for contact-free check-in, with the code provided upon check-in. Guests must be 25 years of age to book. A signed rental agreement is required. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, cleaning costs will be charged.
