Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living area with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a convenient laundry room with ample storage. Outside, you’ll find beautifully spacious grounds with well-lit seating areas, a hammock, a covered outdoor dining space, and a grill. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 charged separately. This stylish retreat offers everything you need to enjoy Charleston in comfort, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, breweries, boutiques, and local shops, all just a bike ride away. Near Park Circle itself in an up-and-coming neighborhood, it features a recreation center, disc golf course, and one of the world’s largest playgrounds, making it a perfect spot for all ages. Ideally located, Palmetto Porch is just 20 minutes from the beaches of Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan’s Island, 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, and within easy reach of other Lowcountry destinations like Folly Beach, Kiawah Island, and Seabrook. This neighborhood is up-and-coming and beginning to see more renovations and upscale properties nearby.
