At least one renter must be 55+. The community has a pool, har-tru tennis courts, and a clubhouse. It's a friendly community with an active tennis group. They also have occasional entertainment at the clubhouse. Your finances should be good because the initial deposit is first month's rent, last month's rent, plus a $1,500 security deposit. It is likely this rental could be renewed for an additional year. This unit is on the second floor of a 2-story building (no elevator). There are only 4 units in the building. There's a small sitting area just outside the front door. There's a TV/lounge area adjacent to the living room looking out on nice open views (you won't look into your neighbor's unit). The community common areas are undergoing a vast renovation so that within one year we expect a new clubhouse, more tennis courts, a new swimming pool, pickle-ball courts, and more. You would have an assigned parking spot in front of the building, and there are guest parking spots. The kitchen has been renovated. There is central a/c and heat and laundry machines are in the unit. Very large closet space. No pets allowed, but service animals may be approved upon proper application.
