A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). 5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID. 6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance. 7. A $45.00 (per applicant) processing fee, must accompany each application submitted. NOTE: To ensure a quicker response on your application, please be sure to fill out the application completely (leaving nothing blank) and include contact information for current/previous landlords (email & phone number).
