Overall, I've enjoyed my stay at 565 Hank by Windsor! Initially, I had to put in quite a few maintenance requests, but the maintenance team was pretty quick to resolve all of them. The community has great amenities as well. The apartments are a bit expensive, but they're pretty on par with other apartments in Atlanta. Additionally, the staff has been very responsive/helpful!

I love living at 565 . I have no regret's on moving in there . Guest Parking might’ve been the only complaint BUT it’s not big enough for me to not to love it here. 565 Hank Aaron is 5 stars ALL ACROSS THE BOARD.
The community at 565 Hank by Windsor is like no other. Management gets back to you in a timely fashion, neighbors are friendly and they look out for each other. The amenities are fantastic! It resembles living in a hotel. My favorite amenity is the business center, I enjoy completing my homework and studying in there.
Yes I absolutely love how helpful the residential team is. They are super informative about everything in the community. I enjoyed my move in experience with Charlotte. She is amazing!

The 565 Hank management team made the process of moving quick and easy! The maintenance team did an amazing job at taking care of all of our needs! Even further Taylor and Charlotte, from the Leasing Office ensured that we were well taken care of, and prepared for our move-in!

I stayed at 565 Hank Aaron for nearly a year and would give it a 3-star rating. The location is excellent, being right by Publix Grocery store and surrounded by various dining options. The apartments boast a stunning design with luxurious finishes and offer amenities like a dog park. However, many residents don't clean up after their pets, an issue the leasing office struggles to address due to a lack of surveillance. For half my stay, the entrance gate was dysfunctional. I found the complex to be unsafe due to multiple car break-ins and frequent gate-hopping by teenagers. My interactions with the leasing office were less than satisfactory especially when dealing with Taylor. Their billing system had issues, and there were undisclosed fees amounting to $150-200 beyond the rent. In my last three months, a window malfunctioned, and no remedial measures were taken.
The maintance team is amazing. They are quick to complete a service request and very professional as they arrive to fix the issue.

The Maintance team is alway quick to resolve repair issues when I submit a repair ticket. That is one thing I love about livening here.

I have been living here at 565 Hank by Windsor for over a year and I love the community thus far! I love how management has taken care of all my worries throughout this past year and the cleanliness has been maintained throughout the property. Besides the parking situation that has been a mess this past year, I have been nothing but satisfied with living here so far.

I love the newest staff members Taylor and Jessica as well as the new maintance crew. They are very prompt when putting in service calls as well as getting things in order to make me feel as if I’m now getting my monies worth living here. I love the progress being made, keep up the great job!!

I relocated to Atl Ga from NYC and I must say the experience was much different! staff are helpful, kind and friendly. They made it easy to ask questions, listen and willing to help.

I love it here. This is definitely the best community I’ve lived in thus far.
Overall I would rate the community a 7 out is””of 10. There are inconsistencies with valet trash pick up and the parking gate breaks often 3-4 times within the last 30 days. But overall the experience has been good and the change I needed. Audria the leasing agent was very helpful and overall a pleasure to deal with.
Don’t expect your maintenance requests to be responded to promptly. In my experiences so far, it’s taken at least a week before things are responded to and on the one occasion that it wasn’t that long, it was because I walked down to the office to bring it to someone’s attention and a maintenance man happened to be there at the same time.
Love the location of this apartment complex and feel very at home in my unit.

I think it’s pretty decent. I think for the amount we pay for rent, our community could be kept up with more, management can be iffy at times. Problems take a while to be fixed.

This apartment complex is the worst! Gates are always broken. Cameras don't work . Constant care break-ins. Would not recommend living here.
My experience here at 565 Hank has been a really great one. Being this is a new community everything was new when I moved in. I love the convenience of the location and staff has been friendly.

This is a convenient, beautiful property. The floor plans and the security for the building as well as the parking deck for my car was the main reasons that I chose this location. The only problem is, that the young people here have absolutely no regard for security at all. They literally put items in the doors that automatically lock, with the sole purpose of preventing the doors from locking, to allow their friends in the neighborhood or, in the city to be able to just walk in to this supposedly highly secure building. This puts everyone at risk especially the young females. I also thought that there would be a gate inside the parking deck that separates the visitors and retail parking from the residential parking area, that has yet to take place. Also, I am not a pet person and, I have a view of the courtyard and, the pet owners have no respect for cleanliness. I watch them take the dogs to the courtyard where people are going to be eating and cooking their food and right next to balconies on the ground floor to let the dogs do their business in the human area instead of, in the dog park area. They don’t pick up after the dogs. Those that do, pick up, bring the bags and drop them in the trashcan right next to the grill in the grilling and the eating areas, which makes no sense whatsoever to me. There’s supposed to be no smoking here on the property but, I see it all the time out in the courtyard even during office hours, and no one says anything about it. Also, Latch is the worse idea ever. The young people share the app and codes with anyone on the planet, diminishing the effectiveness of the security apparatus . The courtesy officers are never seen walking the property to check doors or, to enforce quite hours or, clear / secure amenities at beginning of quite hours.
The building itself and the apartments are great minus the few small oversights in the building process. Overall I like my apartment and the location combined with the amenities. The management however is incompetent to say the least. For about the 6 months I’ve lived here they have consistently been incapable of responding to calls, walk ins, and emails. Even when they do respond most of the time they do not resolve the issue. Even issues that come up as a result of owning a building they have not been capable of resolving. Overall I would say even though the apartments are nice it’s not nice enough to look past dealing with management.
If you want the best customer service, ask for Thomas! I toured here a few weeks ago and I absolutely loved the building! Everyone was great but THOMAS WAS PHENOMENAL! He was very knowledgeable of the property, he answered every one of my questions thoroughly, and I loved his personality!
I love it here! I feel very safe with the secure with the safey measures. The leasing office responds with quickness. The apartments are extremely spacious and the amenities make it even more with it!
