The backyard got a major renovation in May 2023. This unit has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry hookups, outside storage, off-street parking and a large, fenced backyard. There are no stairs. Situated one block away is a Smith's and Lowe's and all the amenities of 5600 West. Note: Tenant is respon sible for paying an additional $75/month for water/sewer/trash. In order to qualify to rent this unit, you must complete the following: - Emailed Pre-qualification questionnaire - Credit and Criminal Background check - Tenants must make a combined net monthly income of $4125 (3x rent) to qualify and have a minimum of a GOOD credit rating. - Criminal background and a past eviction history will not be considered.
