Unit overlooks the pool which is hardly used. laundry area on premises. Looking for a nice quiet tenant with a four year lease. The owner answers service calls immediately and has over 50 years in property management. Looking for a longer term tenant that wants stable rent for a long period of time. Many of my tenants stay with us for Years because we typically don't raise rents and like having a strong family-like relationship with our tenants.
