20 year tenant

Lived here with my family for over 20 years. It’s a decent apartment building but they have issues with coming to fix things, renovate ect. They also have a problem with heating during the winter. I can count the times we had to sleep with sweaters on. They also had on and off roaches and rats. Also, parking is an issue. If you don’t have a permit your car will get ticket every night on the street. Hope this helps.

Spacious and Price Worthy

I moved to this apartment from Brooklyn, in March of this year 2015. I was a bit skeptical about moving to East Orange, New Jersey but when I went to take a look at this place and saw the size of the apartment compared to the size of my apartment in Brooklyn I could not help saying YES. Couple with that, the price was amazing! almost less than what I was pating in NYC. I am 1 block and a half from the NJ transit train station and 27 minutes from Manhattan on said train. Easy access to important places like supermarket, restaurants and even the East Orange Hospital. Management is good and the live-in super is always willing and available to help. Oh I have laundry in the building which is a huge plus for me.
