Old Fourth Ward borders on the Sweet Auburn Historic District, with both areas sharing significant Martin Luther King, Jr. sites (The King Center, his birth home, and his church) as well as Edgewood Avenue's lively nightlife scene. Parties are strictly prohibited, and violators face eviction and a $1000 fine. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and failure to comply may result in a fine of one night's rent. Indoor smoking is fined $1500 plus ozone remediation costs. Unauthorized guests will incur fines, and only registered guests are allowed. Check-in is available 24/7 via custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks, and all properties have Ring video doorbell cameras for security.
