Property Ratings at 5824 E. Washington
I had lived downtown Indianapolis for 6 years and was looking for a little change of pace. I decided to take a look in the Irvington area. I was able to find a great renovated building with nice amenities you just don't get downtown, well without paying $1,000/month. The gated area along Washington street is a great place to let the dog run around and meet some of the neighbors. I do miss being directly downtown in the middle of everything but luckily this location is only a short Uber ride away. I am very pleased with my decision and would recommend this property to anyone.
