About This Property

Beautiful and clean two bedroom Condo, only minutes of walk away from Georgia Avenue. Inside the condo is bright, with vaulted ceilings and lots of light that comes in from the windows and ceilings. Absence of any tall structures in the front and side of the house also allow for bright light to come inside. Kitchen is a good size and includes all stainless steel appliances including a dish washer and a good size pantry. There is a washer and dryer in unit. The second bathroom is a full bath and is beautifully renovated. The second bedroom has a wardrobe and fits a full or queen size bed. The masterbed has beautiful sunlight, it's own entrance that opens up to an excellent patio space. The master bathroom is also nicely renovated with an overhead shower. The area overall is very quiet. In addition to one full parking there is also ample street parking. There is an excellent school in front of the house with no school noise or traffic but a guarantee for no construction to happen in front of the building. There is a wallmart 3 mins walk away but it does not bring foot or vehicle traffic. Overall a great place to stay for singles, couples.
