Towels and linens are provided as well. The unit will comfortably sleep 4 in the master bedroom suite and two single beds in the guest room. If you're a group of 5, the couch in the living room is comfy enough to sleep on. This is a private gated luxury resort community with 24 hour on site security guard. There are numerous restaurants and shopping centers in the area for your convenience. The hospital is only minutes away for your peace of mind. The perks are endless. This is Florida at its finest. ** Please note that leasing is flexible starting from 6 days and beyond except for winter months from January to March. Winter months require a minimum of one month reservation. In other words, January 1st through January 31st, February 1st through February 28th and March 1st through March 31st. You also have the option to book 2 months or all 3 months at a time. Due to high demand, the rates for the winter months are higher than the other months. Call or email for the discounted rate.
