Pets allowed: 1 dog if over 25 lbs, 2 dogs if under 25 lbs, with a non-refundable $250 per pet fee, $250 refundable pet deposit per pet, and a $25 monthly pet rent. No cats. Over 1000 sq ft. of an open floor plan with a new kitchen. If you like storage and built-in shelves, there are plenty in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The washer and dryer are included. Enjoy exclusive use of the concrete backyard patio and large fully fenced backyard. There is street parking and parking in the back off the alley. Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit (which is the same amount as one month's rent). The security deposit may be paid over time. Is your credit score at least 620? (You can easily check your credit score for free on websites like Credit Karma or Annual Credit Report.) Is your gross monthly household income at least 3 times the rent, not per person?
