Get away from the hustle and bustle with the woods (many rabbits, owls, hawks, deer, squirrels, and other wildlife) at the doorstep of your patio. Lastly, make sure you answer the 3 questions below in your response if interested. Close to North Hills with fast food/restaurants/bars/shopping. People love it because it is right in the middle of everything. You will enjoy your stay at this lovely property located in a nice neighborhood. Right next to the Greenway trail in Dixon Dr. Park - perfect to take a break midday and go for a recharge walk! - 20 min from Wake Forest - 15 min from Downtown Raleigh - 13 min from Falls Lake TRANSPARENCY: - Laundry is shared with UNIT#A (this is upstairs from UNIT #B but units are SEPARATE and PRIVATE from each other. We have not had any problems because we only have upright character people in our screening for tenants for all our units. - Also, need to walk around the building to access the front door. This walk includes a slight hill down which some may not like.
