Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

Property Ratings at 6 Eleven Lamar Apartments
Please do not go by the negative reviews below. I have been a resident here for 2 years. Bugs- very few and far between- apartments are treated frequently in order to avoid that. Maintenance- they ate on top of the requests they receive. I have never had to wait more than a couple of days. If the issue is a part or something that has to be ordered, then they do that. It is very quiet which is nice. The neighbors are friendly. The management is very on top of things. Some people post reviews when they are mad about something, so you should ignore the negativity. It is a great place to call home.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience! We're glad to hear you've had a great two years at 6 Eleven Lamar Apartments. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to maintaining a high standard of service for all residents.
After moving out in December of 2022, we were promised a refund of ~$80 from our deposit. When asked how we would receive it we were informed that it would come to our mailbox. After a month passed we were told it was reaching the final approval stages and would be sent. When I called again a month later they mentioned that they were having issues getting it to us and would rather have it delivered at the office to get it to us faster. After not hearing anything for another month I stopped by in person and they said they haven't received it yet and would call us back when they got it. I called again another month later and was just told they would ask their manager, who would get back to me. After another month I was told the same thing, and when I asked for the manager's email so I could ask them myself, I still haven't gotten a reply. I waited out of respect to the office, but at this point I can't wait anymore. My girlfriend has also called and emailed and they just ignore her calls. I have never felt the need to leave a poor review, but this treatment is absolutely ridiculous.

We’re disappointed by your feedback. We’d appreciate the chance to go over your concerns and appropriate solutions so please contact us at 8174691261 or email us at 611lamarleasing@gmail.com. We’re confident that we can turn your experience around, and we look forward to getting corrected.
Maintenance never come. Management never answer the phone and when they do they are rude. NEVER have hot water. Bugs !!!
Prior to moving in I inquired about bug issues and I was assured that there were no bugs. Almost a week after signing my lease I began to see the roaches. I complained to the manager and I had to beg for some sort of action to be taken as I was stuck at this point in a lease. They sent the maintenance guy with a fogger and that was it, I could’ve done that myself. My lease is just about up and I’ve been battling these roaches for almost a full year and they’ve won because upon my departure all of my things will be trashed and I’m forced to start fresh. Please stay away unless you’re use to roaches.
Well the pool is allways shut down . its over 100 degrees and I was told it would still not be open anytime soon. I have no fire alarm going on 3 weeks and this place is over 20 years old. Called nemours times about it. I am now fighting to move out of here. I cant get the office to answer phones . not even a call back. the elec is always going off for xays and water is off for days at a time. No one should have to pay this much for so many problems.

We are sorry that you've had this experience. Our pool is waiting on city to inspections and should be able to open as soon as they complete the inspections. We will have the office contact you in regards to your calls and we are very disturbed that your calls have gone unanswered. Please feel free to email the manager at 611lamarinfo@legendmgmt.com 611leasing@legendmgmt.com your contact information and we will have them contact you in regards to your issues. In regards to electric and water issues normally if there is a leak or repair that needs to be repaired there are times that notice cannot be sent to residents. However we have not gone days without either electric or water. We want your experience to be enjoyable and any issues that fail to meet your satisfaction we want to assure you we want to make it right.
Good luck if you are trying to rent here. The complex is very small and quite, which I love . But whenever you have maintenance emergences they don't care at all, they will do such a sloppy job and it will break/not work after a while or maybe they will not come at all. Everyone in the office is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional! As much as I like my apt I can't wait to move out once my lease is up. I noticed the electricity and water goes out for days for no reason! Why get in to an Apt business if they are not keeping the maintenance and don't care about the residents? why punish us ? we are all paying rent!! This apt has so much potential but its at the wrong hands!! The previous manger told me all the stuff they are planning to do but I haven't seen any positive change, just empty promises!! All the previous reviews are correct!! I read it prior to sighing my lease but I didn't think it could be this bad. I have never been treated this way in apartments I have lived in!! Take you money somewhere else if you want to live in peace and don't want to come home with all sorts of things going wrong!!

I am sorry you are unhappy in your apartment. Our customer service in this office is top rated. We will note that when someone comes in the office cursing and yelling at the staff, we do ask that you leave because we will not be abused or insulted. We act professionally and ask the same from our residents. We monitor all after hours calls and follow up with maintenance to make sure they are dispatched in a timely manner to take care of any emergencies. We also routinely call a sampling of the residents who have completed work orders to make sure they are done. The electric was out for several days but that is because there was a failure in the equipment owned by Oncor. Even though we had no control over the electric, the office staff served pizza one night after business hours and called out a food truck the second night to feed all the residents for free. We all stayed and socialized with residents until about 9 pm. We also handed out free flashlights. Please come and bring any concerns to us and we will happily try to make your stay more pleasant. 817-469-1261 Thank you for choosing 611 for your home.
If I could give negative stars I would. If you're looking for a place where you're ignored, disrespected, lied to and where the apartment is not a home even after 3 months of moving in then this is the place. We have had the worst experience since we moved in. Unfinished apartment and 3 months later we are still waiting for things to get done. They have gone through multiple managers and maintenance people. The people at the management company are even worse to deal with. They never answer their phones nor return voicemails nor emails. They say one thing but then that never gets done then they cower away and never answer to give any form of explanation. We have had a roach problem in our kitchen since day one in November. It's still happening. The ok them a month in a half to install our washer and dryer and 2 more weeks after that to reinstall the right machine. And even then we are still waiting on them to fix the water temperature issues. We get zero cold water to wash with. Only super hot. Something that should have been checked before machines were installed. And this is only some of the issues we have experienced. So if you're looking for a place where you can live in peace and feel like it's a real home and where you're not just a body filling a unit then make sure you look elsewhere.

We apologize that you feel this way. We care about our residents and regret that you believe you have been treated poorly. In the future we wish that you would contact the property manager with your concerns and allow us the opportunity to address your concerns.
I've been living here for three years with my roommate. We're both clean people but have had roaches because of the neighbors downstairs. They have since moved out about 6 months ago and haven't had any issues there. The price was decent when we moved in and they have a student discount if you can furnish a school schedule with your name on it ;-). The neighborhood is moderately quiet. I can hear our neighbors downstairs often but I also make music late into the night so I can't complain. The pool is closed most of the year and when it's open, it's crowded so I don't bother. The complex is in a great area, near the stadium, down the street from six flags and hurricane harbor and the ballpark. No crime, no break-ins or robberies in the last three years we've been here. Now, every three months or so they turn the water off for "maintenance" I don't know why they heck they would need to do maintenance on the water system that often. Most of the time they'll notify us by letter a couple days before, on one occasion they didn't notify us at all and said they did. There was also a time where everyone had no warm water for about three days. I don't know about you but taking cold showers in 50-degree weather is a pain in the..... My last complaint would be the AC. When this thing is working, our apartment is a haven from the heat and winter. But unfortunately, it has literally stopped blowing cold air in the summer and hot air in the winter about 6 or 7 times. Throughout the year that is absolutely unacceptable, having to fall asleep and wake up sweating and freezing. So I am moving out as of 6.1.17. That is my complete and honest review so I hope it helps you make your decision. Also the whole North Arlington area is somewhat undergoing a gentrification if you will. Apartments are being lightly "renovated" and rent prices are on the rise so make sure you get your moneys worth when apartment hunting in North Arlington.

We apologize that you believe that the experience you had with us was less than perfect. In the future, please contact the office with any pest control related concerns. We will be happy to assist you in scheduling a treatment plan, however we are not aware of any major issues occurring within the community. Unfortunately, there are not many communities that can guarantee the non-existence of any type of insect, but we are always eager to assist a resident in scheduling treatment for this issue when it does occur.
Moving out these days, thank God. It used to be a pretty sweet deal when I moved in two years ago. Decent price, convenient location and helpful management. Since Jennifer left, a long list of managers have taken over in the past six months and each one seems to be more inefficient than the previous one. Add to that that rent is going stupidly high and there you go. Out of here. BTW, in spite of the increase in the rent, the people that are moving in are not better than the paople that are leaving...
I recently moved in and I know a new company just took over but they make promises to call and NEVER call you back. It's the worst! I would not suggest moving here for the simple fact they don't want to do their work and when you call and make them work, they get snappy and annoyed. Oh and they have no idea what's going on every time I called before. Not worth the hassle!
great staff and great apartment all over all and will tell people about this place
I recently viewed the house, and it's very beautiful. I would of rented, but it wasn't in the location I wanted, Overall the place is nice.
I currently live here. This is a good place for a first apartment, like me. But I have a very sweet, large dog that I moved in with and I told the staff. I paid all the necessary (outrageous) fees to have my dog with me. Everything was going well with my dog until 4 months into my lease. One of my neighbors confronted me about how obnoxious my dog is and how I could not walk him at that time of day (9:30 am on a Sunday morning). I called to ask the leasing office and I was ignored. So without any confirmation for this ridiculous statement and to avoid any problems I began walking my dog somewhere else. I started letting him go in the gated tennis court to let him run around and stretch his legs, which is what a lot of other dog owners do here. A few weeks go by and as I'm playing with my dog in the tennis court, some little kids and their father come up to me. They tell me to leave because they want to play. The father soon becomes confrontational and starts to mess with my dog. I leave, pretty angry as one would be normally. I call the leasing office the next business day to let them know and I was told in so many words that since he was a resident at the complex, there was nothing they could do. Those were just the biggest issues I've had during my time here. There were countless other times that I was confronted by some rude neighbor because they simply didn't like where or when I walked my dog. This is DEFINITELY not a pet friendly environment and if you have an animal (especially one that needs to be taken outside), DO NOT move here. The office staff plays ignorant to the incidents and shrugs it off!
Property Manager at 6 Eleven Lamar Apartments, Responded To This Review
We are upset that you believe you had a less than perfect experience with us. Unfortunately, we cannot control what another individual said to you. However, we would like to clarify the fact that we do allow pets on property with all applicable pet fees being paid. In the future, please be aware that we are not able to control what other individuals may say to another individual. We do apologize that you are not completely satisfied with your time with us and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
One of the reasons for my moving here was that they had a military clause in their leasing agreement. When a situation came about that would normally be within the scope of using that military clause I was confronted by an ignorant staff that tried to convince me that I was breaking the terms of the lease. DON'T ADD SOMETHING TO A LEGAL DOCUMENT IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT MEANS! I got on their office computers, printed out the SOLDIERS, SAILOR'S AND AIRMAN'S act of 1979, highlighted the section that dealt with leases and gave them a copy. I hate when offices try and play 'dumb' when they are in the wrong..... Or whose yet..... When they assume that the people they are dealing with are stupid! If you work in the front office..... Learn your freaking job! Don't just regurgitate what you heard someone else say.
