Cottage in Milton NH for $1350/month. This is one cottage in a row of 7 cottages, so neighboring cottages are close. We require credit scores of at least 650 please. Ideally we are looking for a May 1 move in. This is an older cottage that was partially renovated years ago. Everything works but it's not fancy. It is a large property just 3 minutes from the town beach, and has lovely walking paths out the back door and access to a "back pond" for kayaking, etc. $1350/month rent includes water and sewer only. New Rinnai for heat and propane at a fixed yearly rate. This year it is $1.93/gallon. Electric hot water heater. NO laundry hook ups in the cottage, but a laundry room is located on the property. Prefer no pets, but small pets considered for a $50/mo fee. One year lease and security deposit required.
