About This Property
3 Bedroom 2 Bath House on Mohawk Ave Pet rent is $25/month per animal, with a max of two animals. We do annual leases, and we do not take a traditional security deposit; instead we use deposit insurance (coverage). In particular, we use lease and security deposit coverage, which is a lower-cost alternative to paying a security deposit to get into a place. Instead of paying a deposit, you're purchasing an insurance plan that can help cover damages and non-payment of rent. This home is very spacious: it has a huge fenced in backyard and 3 storage rooms in the basement. Tenant is responsible for water, electricity, trash, sewer and gas. Tenant is also responsible for lawn care and snow removal. We accept Section VIII. Interested? Your first step is to submit a screening application at . A $35 background/credit check is required of each adult applicant if you are qualified and interested in pursuing a lease. We are sorry that we do not have pictures of the unit yet. It is currently being rehabbed, and photos have not been taken.

At the heart of Missouri, Columbia is truly one of America’s greatest college towns. The University of Missouri sits right at the center of the city, and generally serves as the cultural hub for the wider community. Locals, whether connected directly to the university or not, regularly visit campus for sporting events, concerts, gallery exhibitions, lectures, and more. Just north of campus, Downtown Columbia features a thriving mix of coffee shops, restaurants, nightclubs, taverns, and performance venues, largely catering to the huge numbers of students from Mizzou, as well as the smaller Stephens College and Columbia College.
Of course, the community extends well beyond the collegiate environment at the city center. The University of Missouri Health Care system is the second-biggest employer in town, so the community of healthcare professionals in town is quite extensive. The cost of living is quite affordable, and there are numerous apartments and rental homes to fit any budget.
