the "BIG City" of Monticello, NY
The "Catskills Mts" area is amazingly beautiful year round. The area is also going through a reconstructive period with new stores, hotels and another casino. This is a brand new building, located in the heart of Monticello, NY but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of stores, restaurants and the Raceway Casino. The 3 story-building is very well maintained with security guard, inside facilities (community rms, laundry rms, lounges)all set up for comfort. I am happy here:)

Our Abode
We live in a small apartment in Senior housing. Downsizing was involved as we are older now. It is a one bedroom, bathroom...and "good size" living area and kitchen. I'd like to add that the 2 air conditioning units are energy-efficient. We are also centrally located to everything..... shopping, doctor, pharmacy. We also ONLY put gas in our car about once a month, on average, because of our central location to everything.
