I enjoy living here. It’s peaceful and quiet and the amenities are nice. It is very clean and there is always a quick response when there is a problem.

Good place to live. Quiet and not much happens. Decent pool that doesn't get too busy in the summer. Been here 5 years now and got no complaints

I've lived here for a little over 3 years and I absolutely love it! The staff are friendly, helpful, and respond promptly to any concerns that I have. The maintenance staff are great too! I love living here!!

Very nice apartment but it is a little too close to Highway 60. Apartment (studio) is perfect size for me. Baloney is nice and the office is responsive to questions. I would recommend 60 West

Management is TOP tier! Some residents aren’t very kind or mindful of others, but you’ll get that anywhere. Definitely recommend this place to anybody looking around!

Clean, well groomed grounds, a friendly and helping staff with pool tables and vending in every lobby entrance! All this at a competitive price point! What more could you ask for!

After living here for over a year, i recently decided to renew my lease because of how enjoyable i find this community. I have pleasant neighbors that are easy to get along with, a safe neighborhood to walk my dog in, and amenities that are near-impossible to find included in other apartments. Leasing has worked with me swiftly when issues have arrived and no questions have ever been unanswered. Such a pleasant and respectful place to be, and that is so rare these days! I highly recommend this community!

Nice apartments with good amenities. The apartments are quiet at 60 W. Easy access with the elevator. Mailboxes are inside so you do not need to go out into the elements.

Half the residents aren't even given keys to their apartments, just keypad codes, which are not changed even if you request it. Anyone walking by can see you entering your code or hear the unique sound each button makes and get to know your code. I asked for a key was told it wasn't possible. My fob for the pool didn't work for the few weeks, and the pool closed like a week after it started working. This was September when it was still 90+ degrees several days a week. The construction workers building the housing development use the parking lot as the place to leave their cars all day and are often hanging around the parking lot until night time, and I think a few just live in the empty houses because Ive seen hang around the parking lot pretty much 24/7. The office is extremely disorganized and you have to ask three or four times to get any questions answered, and if it's about your rent billing because they overcharged you again they'll probably charge you late fees while you're waiting for a response. There is zero privacy whatsoever, you can hear your neighbors conversations through the walls constantly. I don't even have to pay for HBO, i can follow along perfectly to whatever my neighbor is watching. There is a school bus stop directly across the street from the apartments because there are a ton of kids living in the buildings, and most people just let them run and scream while they're waiting to get picked up, so that starts around 7am most days. Between that and the construction work, don't plan on sleeping in if you live here lol.

It's overall fine and fellow residents are friendly. I've never had a package stolen, which was a major problem at previous residences, so that is a relief. Communication, certain amenities, and insulation from upper floors are lacking.

For the most part it’s a peaceful place to live, noise from apartments above can be a bit much at times, otherwise great apartments and when you need something fixed they are very prompt to do so.

I love it, great community for the most part, everyone watches out for each other. Definitely making it feel more “homie” for me at least, all n all great place

Nice place to live. Quiet and good management. Plenty of room to walk the dogs and places to put the droppings as well. The pool could be better but I'll take what we can get. No covered parking like we were told about when we applied but I guess we get what we get.

The staff at 60 West have been amazingly help from providing information before lease signing to maintenance service calls. I greatly enjoy living in our comfortable and friendly community.

I have lived here since the grand opening in 2021! I absolutely love it! Valet trash service twice a week is awesome! Coffee and pool areas are my favorite! The office members are responsive to any issues in the building. Trina is always amazing and so accommodating! She should definitely be promoted!

Love the apartment and grounds. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Looking forward to spending some years here enjoying the nicer side of life. Moving i to a bigger unit in the main building soon enough.

Amenities compared to the actual 60 west building are subpar. Improper plumbing, replaced several appliances, and issues with ac. At least the wifi is free and and neighborhood is good.

Super nice people! Definitely recommend living here anytime anyone asks. Management is awesome and always on top of repairs. 10/10 to everyone who works here

this place is awesome and staff is super sweet and actually on top of things. so far I do not have any complaints. I was worried about the cost of rent but with everything added, it all even out.

I highly recommend 60 West!! The management staff are friendly and helpful! They respond to maintenance requests quickly and the maintenance team does a great job as well!! The property is well kept, and the lighting at night provides added security and allows for wonderful evening walks! Did I mention location?? It offers easy access to Springfield, Ozark and Branson!

It’s nice and quiet, everyone is also very friendly and the staff here is so helpful. They have a gym which is very convenient and they have WiFi which is pretty decent.

Very nice place and quiet staff is professional and accommodating to residents. Prices are competitive and property is maintained well. Feels safe and secure and most people follow the rules! Very Nice!

Best staff, best amenities….the ladies in the office are the friendliest around, and will do everything in their power to help out or solve an issue.

Great management staff. Very attentive and friendly! Their attitude and professionalism makes this an excellent place to live. Only complaint is the landscaping - which makes a big difference - is not maintained well during the year.

60 West is a great complex that is very secure, safe and the rooms are very clean and nice. There’s a pool table in the lobby, a nice swimming pool, and there are elevators so if you have bad knees, other medical issues, or you are elderly, there are no stairs to fret about.

So far I love it here! The staff is absolutely amazing and the amenities are great! I haven't really experienced anything negative that stands out so far.

I love the ladies in the office, the rent is decent. The breezeway could use more cleaning. Very loud neighbors above us and their dog. But otherwise I enjoy living here

I love my place. It is very spacious and clean. The amenities are great and I feel safe and comfortable. The area is convenient because it is close to stores.

This is a very nice apartment love the feel of an home and love my covered balcony! The office personnel have been extremely helpful and friendly.
