600 NoBe at North Beach

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE 10/10+ -we moved in 5/2019 and moved out 10/2022 -we had 2 different "2" bedrooms -never had any negative issues -never Ever -NEW & CLEAN & SAFE -1 block from the beach -2023 NEW water slide park will open across the street -Great gym & pool & grills to cook outside -Secure parking -Mail room for packages is AWESOME -lockers for packages -Security officers 24/7 on site -Office staff are very very polite & professional (yet we followed the RULES) -nothing negative to say -we had to move for job transfer :/ our 2 different lofts were always QUIET - never heard our neighbors - never building 620 you will watch the breathtaking Sunrise EVERY MORNING by the Lighthouse building 600 you will watch the incredible Sunset EVERY EVENING we were very happy to live at 600 NOBE Atlantic City, NJ

You can clearly see which reviews were submitted by the property management staff. This place is HORRIBLE. The staff here clearly hate people and their jobs. There are "surprise interior inspections" from 9am - 5pm. I kid you not.

Talk to any of the residents if you are considering moving into this property. There are a long list list of rules by the property management and if you don’t abide by them, she threatens the entire community with revoking your privileges and fining you. The staff is very unpleasant to deal with and there are serious privacy issues, with the manager watching the residents and security on the cameras throughout the day and night. I would not recommend!!

The whole experience was a pleasure from the day I first went to look at my apartment to the day I moved in, and it continues to be a pleasure. The leasing agent was super accommodating and obviously knew the area quite well. I'd recommend 600 Nobe to all my friends and family.

Aug 19, 2020, and the pool is still not open. Management appears to be unable or unwilling to open the pool. I requested one hour sign up sessions to allow for swimming, but this request remains unanswered. Management cited that “we are trying to keep everyone safe,” but no protocols regarding a possible opening have been communicated. Other area complexes have had their pools open for a month or more. One email was issued regarding the pool opening on July 27, 2020, which stated the pool would be open in one or two weeks. However, the pool gates remain locked. No further communication has been forthcoming. Residents pay a fee for the use of the pool. These are challenging times, but there does not seem to be a valid excuse for the pool not being open. Any small enjoyment is so appreciated during this pandemic.

I became a resident of 600 NoBe on January 2nd and it has been nothing less than an exceptional experience! From the first time I walked into the leasing office and was greeted by Rachel, there was an instant feeling of peace. Her warmth, professionalism and hospitality left me feeling that this was a place I wanted to call home. The minute she took me on a tour it confirmed even more that I belong here! The amenities are wonderful and the units are top-shelf! Then, meeting Nichole and the rest of the staff was the icing on the cake! Thank you Rachel and Nichole I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new home!

Moved in August 2019, office staff very nice, the amenities r awesome: pool, gym & recreation rooms where u can have parties & play pool ect. The design is beautiful, apts r very spacious & beautiful & prices r reasonable. Maintenance & security r nice & the place is secure. Its also so convenient to all the casinos, Ocean One is across the street, bus stops & shuttles right outside the buildings & Tanger Outlets, AC train & Convention Center r blocks away!

Just moved in and already got in trouble. Leasing manager said one thing the building manager said another. Once lease is done I'm going to buy a condo I like Atlantic city but not this building

I accompanied my friend to her recent Resident Social Event and I took a tour, the building is absolutely beautiful, the location is a block from the Ocean, amenities are like nothing is this area and I’m definitely looking forward to leasing really soon.
