This spacious 1-bedroom apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Located in a vibrant neighborhood known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. From casual local coffee shops to high-end eateries, shops, and attractions are around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent. No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is remote work-friendly with a smart TV and Wi-Fi available for your convenience. A laptop computer is not included.
