With direct access to the Monon Trail on the waterfront and a 5-minute walk to both stadiums, the location is unbeatable. This spacious studio apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the provided photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets allowed, weighing up to 40 lbs combined. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are permitted. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violations. All guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or may choose a $35 damage waiver. Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Most guests prefer to let themselves in with the automated entry system, however, assistance is available upon request and support is always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
