This spacious two-bedroom apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Parking and other amenities are available at the property's discretion. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, the neighborhood offers plenty to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. From casual local coffee shops to high-end eateries, shops, and attractions, everything is around the corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50/hr late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, or outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required for booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for noise compliance. Long-term stays (30 days+) require a background search and credit check. Minimum age requirement for booking is 22 years for out-of-town guests and 25 years for local guests. No weapons or drugs allowed, with zero tolerance and police involvement for violations. The apartment is remote work-friendly with a smart TV and Wi-Fi available for your convenience.
