We are Now Leasing for Fall 2018 with an August 2018 move in. Tours are by appointment only between 10am -4pm Monday through Friday. When are you available for a tour? Two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment ranges from $1500-$1525 per month. All apartments include the following utilities: Cable, Internet, Water, Electric (w/ a cap), Central Air/Heat, Trash, Sewer. All of our apartments are equipped with a Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, and a Full-Size Washer and Dryer! We also offer covered garage parking for an additional $75 per month. Cary Belvidere Apartments is a smoke and pet free environment. The application fee is $30 and it is non-refundable. The applicant must be income and credit qualified. The income requirement is 3 times the monthly rent and you must pass a credit check administered by the National Tenant Network.
