About This Property
This is Your unique and relaxing Mountain home nestled away inside a gated community right across the street from Carobeth Lake! Our house comes fully furnished with a washer and dryer. We have two bedrooms downstairs, with a loft equipped with a twin bed/day bed with a bathroom upstairs. We want to provide you an opportunity to listen to Folk Music while taking in the views of the lake from the balcony. To Light a fire & get cozy as you sip a delicious cappuccino during the winter and be comforted by the wild life roaming the property as you connect with Mother Nature. Inside, we want to welcome to you to take in this natural, aged, organic feel with most of the furniture being handmade by Aspen trees! We also offer a fully stocked kitchen. We have recently added two floor AC units for each bedroom for additional comfort during the summer. You also have access to the community pool, playground and beach on the lake if you purchase the appropriate passes from the Welcome Center. To compliment the home with modern technology we have equipped it as a "smart house" with Alexa enabled Fire cubes for the TVs- Echo Dots for the bedrooms and an Amazon Echo Show in the kitchen. We are willing to offer the house with Utilities paid or without. The current listed price is the WITHOUT utility option. We can discuss more in the application process however. I am a former Infantry officer and my wife is a former ER nurse. We got engaged in the Pocono's roughly 10 years ago and have this house as a family vacation home. We are here to offer a HOME to you. Not a corporate experience- and we wanted to provide the reviews we have received to attest to our nature as we care deeply in your experience by providing the air bnb link below. We currently operate as a short term rental with assistance from our management company but are entertaining transitioning to a long term option.
