The fully fenced-in backyard includes a fire pit and BBQ area, and there's a private bike storage area and bike wash station in the front yard. Tons of natural light fill the space, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. This property is pet-friendly with a small fee. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 3, requiring a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $400. There are exterior cameras facing the driveway for security purposes. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
