Hello, we have a large 2 bedroom CONDO for rent in New Hope!!! This unit is close to tons of retail and has easy access to Golden Valley, Plymouth, Maple Grove and Brooklyn Park. Even Saint Louis Park and Hopkins are just down 169. The association has a pool and tons of green space. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Another thing is that the rent listed is the actual rent. You pay for your own electric but you do NOT pay for all the other stuff like water, sewer, garbage, heat. There are NO hidden fees!!!!!!!!
