Just keeps getting worse
New owner took over..and he obviously doesn't want to keep the current tenancy

the worst place i ever live
this place so dirty that when u clean is still dirty. the roaches lives with u like they pay the rent, mouse runs around like nothing she dont fix nothing all she wants money the township is alway out there when u move in she seem very nice but when u move in its hell I glad we move out there is m=nothing i can say nice about this place when u a in need of a place really quick them move at your own risk

Terrible
This place is terrible! No heat in winter, summer time smells from the trash cans,and dirty! Landlord does not fix things and it takes long! You tell the landlord about an issue she ask for money! People sleep in the vacant apartments and we were told There is a laundry room on site it didn’t work! The place is unhealthy it has mold and mildew from the consistent leaks! There is not a 24/7 maintenance and when they come the job is not fixed or it breaks down a few weeks later! This place is very out dated!
