The building also offers common area Wi-Fi for co-working. The apartment is wheelchair accessible and features a studio with a queen bed. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities. The property allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is applicable based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location is very walkable. This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. All guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or may choose a $35 damage waiver. The building offers common area Wi-Fi for co-working, making it a convenient option for remote work.
