It includes all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. The building offers a bowling alley, golf simulator, fitness center with sauna, a lobby/lounge/library, rooftop pool access typically open from May to early October, and a sky jacuzzi (heated) also open during the same period. The building's common area Wi-Fi is perfect for co-working, and the apartment is wheelchair accessible. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs. Certain breeds such as Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs are not permitted. An additional pet fee is applicable based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the Warehouse District is a dynamic neighborhood often associated with the nearby North Loop. Known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere, the area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. The Warehouse District offers a diverse selection of rentals, from upscale apartments in modern developments to chic lofts in repurposed warehouses. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location is very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check.
