Guests have access to the entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location is very walkable. The property is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suite, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment includes building common area Wi-Fi for co-working.
