Prospective tenants may apply online at Each adult over the age of 18 (whose income is being considered to qualify for the unit) must complete an application and pay the $35 application fee. To proceed with the rental of this unit, proof of income that is at least two and a half times the monthly rent must be provided. For instance, if the monthly rent is $1,600 your verifiable income should be at least $4,000 per month to qualify. Prospective tenants should have no bankruptcies or evictions within the past 10 years. The amount of your security deposit will be determined by your credit score. If your score is 600 or higher, a single security deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be required. Scores lower than 599 will need to provide a security deposit equal to twice the monthly rent. Additionally, there is a $250 non refundable pet fee for each approved pet, in addition to any monthly pet rent.
